Print to fax

I have a functional Hylafax server. Now I want to print from my Mac to the fax server. I tried this one: http://www.vitki.net/book/page/integrating-hylafax-cups
But without any success. I can put the fax number into the appropriate field in the printing dialog but no number is arriving at my fax server so I get an error "undefined number".
If I print a document named with the fax number, it works. But that’s not what I want. ;-)
Then I found a project here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/apple2hylafax/
But I don’t know how to integrate this and if it would work with Snow Leopard or Lion because it’s very old. :-(

Any help?
