[cups.general] Unable to queue from stdin-unknown

Sue,
"cupsctl --debug-logging" is the command that changes the LogLevel directive in the cupsd.conf file. If you'd prefer editing cupsd.conf, make sure the LogLevel line reads:
LogLevel debug
(you'll need to restart cupsd if you change the file by hand)
