First, 2567 is obsolete.  2911 is the current IETF standard, and the PWG has published subsequent updates (PWG 5100.x, 1 <= x <= 12).

Support for Print-URI and Send-URI is OPTIONAL.  CUPS does not support them for multiple practical and security reasons.
