[cups.general] Its Urgent Please help Cups backend failed with IPP_STATUS= IPP_OK_CONFLICT

Hi,

I am getting IPP status = IPP_OK_CONFLICT because of that my backend failed
with status = 1

I am unable to take a print from cups. Please help me. I am attaching
error_log, printers.conf and cupsd.conf.
