ANNOUNCE: texfilters 1.1

The filters have been modified to provide better error handling:

In case of errors (no output), an error page containing the job name and an 
error message is printed instead of stopping or aborting the job.

When printing with the option "log=on" or "log=yes", the log messages 
generated by the TeX or texinfo system are printed instead using the 
texttops filter (or texttopaps if texttops is not installed).
