Disable printer discovery

In the web interface when I click "Add Printer" it says "Looking for printers", then takes a moment and then shows me a list of discovered network printers.

I know the printer URIs of my printers and I'd like to skip this step and go directly to the URI box or at least to the backend selection. I guess I have to disable the printer discovery, but I don't know how to do that. I already set
Browsing Off
BrowseRemoteProtocols none
in my cupsd.conf.
