Well, I've tested

 #gs -sDEVICE=pswrite -sOutputFile=some.ps -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH some.pdf

and after that I did

 #cat some.ps > /dev/ulpt0

and the printer printed perfectly fine.
I've checked the header of some.ps it was:

%!PS-Adobe-3.0
%%Pages: (atend)
%%BoundingBox: 63 50 567 746
%%HiResBoundingBox: 63.100000 50.650000 566.330078 745.575000
%.....................................
%%Creator: GPL Ghostscript 902 (pswrite)
%%CreationDate: 2012/04/04 03:18:31
%%DocumentData: Clean7Bit
%%LanguageLevel: 2
%%EndComments

So ghostscript works.
The question is how does cupsd connect to gs so that gs produces a
corrupted output ?
