[STR New]

Summary: On OSes with the specific CUPS version, cupstestppd yields fail
marks when testing the newly-added print queue.

OSes: Ubuntu 10.04, Mint 9

Steps:
1. Add a new Generic PS Printer through IPP. Assume that the name of the
printer is temp.
2. Run cupstestppd on /etc/cups/ppd/temp.ppd

Expected behavior: cupstestppd must not yield fail marks, especially on
items with the option 'letter'.

Observed behavior: cupstestppd yields fail marks on 'letter'.

Additional info: The original PPD was tested not to contain any failing
results when running the tool. After adding a new print queue and testing
it, it yields failing marks. The capitalization of the word 'letter' was
noticed to be different when the printer is already added compared with
the original PPD.

Attachment: Attached is the result PPD that was installed after creating
the print queue.
