[cups.general] Queue names are inadequate and not changable

This printer has a specific HP routine it must go through, hplip.
Starting with the CUPS process to add a printer, then invoke hplip (shows 
up on the CUPS page. It then must download a proprietary driver that is 
not in the list of standard HP drivers. It sets up the printer, the fax, 
and enables the scanner (not through CUPS).

Still, CUPS should let me do some editing on the queue name.
