[cups.general] Can not print from Java-Applet (Deutsche Post / Postmarken)

Perhaps your printer is not configured for cupstom page sizes?

For further debugging, set CUPS to debug-logging, do a test print, and post 
the complete part of the error_log containing the messages related to the 
test print.
