[cups.general] Job is "Completed" in queue - did not print

Here is the "libusb" I was asking about.
Try compiling CUPS without libusb support (pass "--disable-libusb" to the configure script) to see if that resolves things. Alternately you can enable the "file" pseudo device ("cupsctl FileDevice=Yes") and set the device URI for the queue to "file:///dev/usb/lp0".
