Job is "Completed" in queue - did not print

I am having a hard time finding the cups 1.4.4 src. I found the rpm package, but  I am not able to compile and set the config script when using an rpm, is that correct? Or maybe I am over looking something.

I am wanting 1.4.4 because that is my current version.
