[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #4020: Commas within marker supply names define extra marker names

Since commas are used to delimit lists of attributes, marker supply names
that contain commas are misinterpreted as additional marker names.

For example, "Genuine Xerox Solid Ink Cyan, Phaser 8560/8560MFP, P/N
108R00723" is interpreted as 3 separate markers:
Genuine Xerox Solid Ink Cyan
Phaser 8560/8560MFP
P/N 108R00723

The SNMP supplies are properly quoted in the backend; the problem lies in
option parsing and attribute setting in the scheduler. Further, loading
and saving printers.conf would need modification to preserve the marker
name integrity.

Attached is output from 'testsupplies' and the corresponding printers.conf
