[STR New]

Ideally, a printer would use standardized string names when reporting
colorants values, as exemplified in RFC 3805. However, implementers are
free to use non-standard colorant names.

Attached is a patch to ignore case when matching colorant names.

NB: using strcasecmp is appropriate, as the prtMarkerColorantValue is
specified as an octet-string.
