You can't depend on having the original document filename since it can be
"lost" in many common use cases.

More specifically, the job title (job-name attribute) can only hold a
single value, and CUPS does not support the IPP Document Object extension
which includes tracking and usage of the document-name attribute, although
we do use it for file typing purposes when we cannot determine the type
from the file contents.  The document-name does not persist beyond the
document submission and is not passed to the print filters.
