[cups.general] Passing information to cups printer.

Sorry I didn't mentioned the client system we are using windows. In
windows we are installing cups printer (Installing cups-pdf printer as
a network printer in  windows).

So from windows machines while printing a document from windows
machine is it able to pass user information like Full Name, Email id,
Phone number, etc to cups print server.
