When you select print, a dialog pops up, and (with 9.4 on Linux) an 
"extended" button shows up in the lower left corner. Klick this button, and 
another dialog pops up which shows a choice list labeled "rules for fonts 
and resources". There select "download at the beginning" and then klick OK.
