[cups.general] Why does CUPS use ANY IPs on a system?

No, "samba" is not installed, because I use only NFSv4  with  my  Debian
Systems.  <samba> is only the name for my intranet servert.

What I do not understannd is, if I tell CUPS, to listen on

<cups.intranet1.tamay-dogan.net> which is on 192.168.0.50 on  port  631,
why it respond to ANY requests from the network on ANY IP addresses.

CUPS should be bound to the ONE interface or IP address configured,  but
since it advertise its service by wildcard, my printers are respectively
multiplied!  Also the printer cpoies are only advertised,  but  can  not
accessed, because the <Limit> option in the config files.
