[cups.general] ippool (1.5.3) & ipptest (1.4.5) errors

The CUPS-Get-Devices request is not supported by printers, and you need to use the correct printer URI ("ipp://address/ipp" will work for HP printers at least...)

Try using the get-printer-attributes.test file...
