[cups.general] ippool (1.5.3) & ipptest (1.4.5) errors

OK, for the photosmart use /ipp/printer on the end.
Also, ipptool requires the "-t" option to run in "test" mode, e.g.:
ipptool -tv ipp://192.168.11.137/ipp/printer get-printer-attributes.test
