[cups.general] Accounting software for CUPS?

Hello *,

for some time I have gotten very special printers (for  free)  and  they
are working very fine.  (the fastest make arround 800 pages per minute)

Now I have some customers which send me files and I print  them,  but  I
like to use something, where my customers can print  over  the  internet
and I can bill them directly trough a PrePay account.

Does someone know (web based) software, which can do that?

Of course, OSS prefered and maybe using the PayPal API.
