[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #4143: Web interface shows `{job_originating_user_name}` instead of user

Using the Web interface to look at the print jobs, the list contains
`{job_originating_user_name}` instead of the user name.

This is Debian Sid/unstable with CUPS 1.5.3-2 [1].
