fit-to-page / fitplot don't work in OSX

Mac OsX 10.5 uses CUPS 1.3.x (x >=5), and this supports the fitplot option
which is implemented in the pstops filter.

Check your /var/log/cups/error_log file for which filters are called to
process your job and post this information.
