[cups.general] cups-lpd and remote queues

Is there any standard or distributed script for that purpose?  I'd like
to keep this as minimally hacked as possible.

On the other had I've pretty much given in to just creating queues on
multiple servers as the printer sharing doesn't really work in a useful
manner.
