snmp and CUPS problem

I have two network printers (a) SAMSUNG MFP 4720FN and (b) HP Laserjet 2550n connected in network. The system we use is OpenSUSE 12.1 and CUPS 1.5.0. We use our own community in the /etc/snmpd.conf and entered as "rocommunity xxx%123 inas.xxxx.xxx.in" which I have also entered in /etc/cups/snmp.conf as "Community xxx%123".

I could connect the printers in CUPS using ipp and http. However, as I submit the job, I find printers are reporting busy.

I tested with commands "ADITYA:~ # netcat -z 31.28.8.159 631 && echo ok || echo failedok" which shows output "ok and command "ADITYA:~ # netcat -z 31.28.8.158 631 && echo ok || echo failedok" shows "ok". The IP ending with 159 is Samsung while the other one is HP.

Then I tried with command "ADITYA:~ # snmpwalk -Cc -v 1 -c xxx%123 31.28.8.159 | tee snmpwalk.log" which gives output "Timeout: No Response from 31.28.8.159".

Can anyone help me tosolve the issues?
Thanks
Abhijit
