[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #4118: Unable to print documents with more than one copy (cups-lpd)

In our company, we are using Cups as spool server since many years.

Right now, we have Cups-1.4.6 installed an running.
If I upgrade to Cups-1.5.3, all applicatins, which are using the LPD
protocol, are unable to print documents with more than one copy.

The following error appears in the logfile:

cups-lpd[6195]: Connection from sapg53.sfs-intra.net (IPv4 10.41.10.206)
cups-lpd[6195]: Receive print job for P020
cups-lpd[6195]: Print file - job ID = 30361
cups-lpd[6195]: Unable to send document - Missing last-document attribute
in request.
cups-lpd[6195]: Closing connection
