[cups.general] CUPS driver for 64 bits Windows ?

[I will preface this with a warning: all of the CUPS windows driver stuff is unmaintained and unsupported at this point. And given Microsoft's direction in Windows 8 none of the drivers will continue to work beyond Windows 7...]

64-bit binaries are in the subversion repository (http://svn.easysw.com/public/windows/trunk), but we haven't released them because of the current MS DDK license.

You need to register the drivers using rpcclient; the simplest way to do this is with cupsaddsmb...

This is because Windows does not honor the default settings in the PPD, so even if the PPD says to use A4 it will use the local default media size for each queue.  I don't know of a way to force Windows to use A4 by default... :(
