Basically, after updating to CUPS 1.5.x on a FreeBSD-8.2 amd64 machine,
my Brother MFC-9560CDW printer only outputs blank pages. If I use LPR,
or print from Windows, it works perfectly. It did work correctly under
the older 1.4.x version of CUPS, so something has changed. I have
supplied logs but no one has been able to isolate the problem.
