When talking to an IPP printer, it is the path in the printer URI, e.g.:

    ipp://printer.example.com/ipp

has a resource path of "/ipp".

When talking to CUPS you can use "/" or "/jobs" to get the jobs for all printers, or "/printers/printername" or "/classes/classname" for an individual queue.
