[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #4047: Sending jobs to a Windows 2003 Server fails

When a job is sent to a Windows 2003 Print Server the job never completes.
Instead it stops on status "Waiting for job to complete". The response
from the Windows machine is "Get-Job-Attributes: client-error-not-possible
(Client: (404) Not Possible)".

On version 1.4 this was recognised as an error and the print queue could
be allowed to continue by setting the printer error policy (on CUPS) to
abort-job. In version 1.5, this is not recognised as an error, so the
abort-job policy is never invoke.

Below is a debug log from a job which experienced this problem.
