"IB" being printed when using PCL/

Hi there - I'm using Red Hat 5 and CUPS to print out what is actually a jasper report and when I'm using the Generic Post SCript driver (as set in system-config-printer) my report is coming out no problem.  If I switch to Generic PCL 6/PCL XL Printer Foomatic then a single page is printed out with "IB" in the top left hand corner.

The printer's are PCL/6 supported.

Has anyone any ideas what's happening ?  I would prefer to use the PCL/6 driver.
