Paper size changed to A4 when printing via IPP

First, switch cupsd to debug-logging (execute cupsctl --debug-loging), print 
a test job via IPP, and post (an URL to) the portion of the error_log that 
contains the messages regarding the test job, and post (an URL to) the PPD 
you used with IPP printing.
