job-originating-host-name prints "localhost" not hostname on banner

Added ({ job-originating-host-name }) to a CUPS banner file

[Q] Anyone know how I can get the actual hostname ( systemname ) on the banner instead of "localhost" string ?

Using RHEL5U5WS32
