[cups.general] Restrict Printer by Workstation IP.

A school has requested that students are only allowed to print to the office printer from a designated workstation(IP).  The rest of the staff can print to it from anywhere. I see options to restrict printers by users and groups but not by IP.

I was thinking of creating a separate print queue for students and restricting the queue by IP. e.g.
* queue: copier - allow @staff
* queue: copier2 - allow @students restricted by 1 workstation IP.

Any ideas on how/if this can be done?
