[cups.general] possible to set Job states inside of a KSH filter?

The forthcoming CUPS 1.6 release adds support for specifying a maximum preservation time rather than just on/off.  Until then my advice would be to set a large value for MaxJobs to cover the expected number of jobs in a given time period.
