[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #4078: PDF document cannot be printed in landscape mode

Each page in a PDF file provides its dimensions. For a landscape page the
dimensions are length x width instead of width x length.

pdftops is Xpdf or poppler, both of which "do the right thing" WRT the
setpagedevice command they embed in the PS output to set the output page
size.
