CUPS-PDF printer only working on one client

I am running CUPS v1.5.0 on Linux Mint 12 Lisa which is working fine and used as a print server.

I have also successfully set-up the cups-pdf printer to print files to pdf from Win 7 Professional clients to my server.

The problem is I can only get my Win 7 PC to print to PDF and I'm not able to get it working on another Win 7 client PC. The cups error log does not give me any clues, here is an extract from the end

D [27/Nov/2012:18:11:01 +0000] [Job 211] Wrote 1 pages...

My cupsd.conf enables access from all the local network i.e.

<Location /admin>
  Order allow,deny
  Allow 192.168.106.0/24
</Location>

The client printer set up uses port http://192.168.106.4:631/printers/CT_Intranet_PDF_Printer

Has anyone come across the same issue or can point me in the right direction. Many thanks in advance.
