CUPS-PDF printer only working on one client

Well, exit status "-11" usually indicate a segmentation fault. AS cups-pdf 
uses Gostscript  to generate PDF (except maybe Mac OS X, where pdftops may 
alternatively be used), I suspect that Ghostscript crashes on the input 
file.
Could you post (an URL to) to suc a file from your Win box in question
(how to: set the printer queue to stop, print a test job which is known to 
fail, and get the file from /var/spool/cups/dxxxxx-001, where xxxxx is the 
job ID).
