[cups.general] Adding new document type in document-format-supported printer attribute

Yes, through a .types file in /etc/cups ("man mime.types") and a filter in either the printer's PPD file (*cupsFilter: "mime/type cost program") or a .convs file in /etc/cups ("man mime.convs").
