[cups.general] How does one query CUPS for the error policy via command-line tools

There isn't currently a way to query the current setting easily.  The "ipptool" program can be used to list all of the printer attributes (see the "get-printer-attributes.test" file), but if you'd like to see lpadmin or lpoptions support it please file a bug asking for it:
