[cups.general] cannot connect to CUPS server

CUPS browsing is no longer supported in CUPS 1.6 and later, and OS X 10.8 has CUPS 1.6.

FWIW, queues "created" via CUPS browsing stopped working on OS X in 10.7 with the introduction of application sandboxing...
