You are using Ghostscript to convert PDF to PostScript, and the version you
are using (9.06) has a known incompatibility with the Konica Minolta
PostScript interpreter.  I believe that the 9.07 release fixes those
incompatibilities, but I am not sure.

Go to "http://ghostscript.com" to get the latest Ghostscript release...
