Getting extra pages - HELP!

Hello all.  I have a strange problem that Google or a search here can come up with a solution for.

I have a iMac 27" Running OS X 10.7.  When I try to print from any program using the standard print dialog box, I always get at least to pages that have #cup-command at the top.  Then the rest of the document prints as normal. I do print using any line prompts.  This to a Xerox Work Centre Pro 7435 using driver 2.71.0.

This is really wasting paper and would love to find a way to turn this off.  I assume this is some type of banner page, but nothing I try fixes it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
