Does CUPS Support Compression? How to enable CUPS Compression?

Hi all,

I want to know if CUPS Support IPP Compression and how to config it?

I enable the two options in cupsd.conf:
BrowseLocalOptions compression=yes
BrowseRemoteOptions compression=yes

But it seems the size of file from source (CUPS) to remote (Printer) doesn't change.

Could anyone give me some ideas on it?
