Hi,
as topic says, if I print a file like with "lp file.txt" and the printer is
off, while the job stays in queue I'm unable to use the -H switch to
hold/resume it.

Example:  lp -i 99 -H hold   

Doing that command will not have any effect, but if I do a "hold" from the
cups browser on 631 port instead it will hold the job and eventually
release it always with same button!

Please let me know if this is a bug.
