[STR New]

belongs to BUG FIX STR #4401 (lp -H resume/hold not working).

lpstat does not update its information about the job state after using
lp to hold or resume a job:

#### EXAMPLE START ####
[root at jsc-cups ~]# lpstat -l -o jscnews
jscnews-17746 zdv124 1557504 Fri Apr 25 10:27:45 2014
	Alerts: none
	queued for jscnews
[root at jsc-cups ~]# /usr/local/bin/lp -H hold -i 17746
[root at jsc-cups ~]# lpstat -l -o jscnews
jscnews-17746 zdv124 1557504 Fri Apr 25 10:27:45 2014
	Alerts: none
	queued for jscnews
#### EXAMPLE END ####

But the WEB GUI tells, that the job is hold.

when the job is set in hold via WEB, the lpstat information is updated:
#### EXAMPLE START ####
[root at jsc-cups ~]# lpstat -l -o jscnews
jscnews-17746 zdv124 1557504 Fri Apr 25 10:27:45 2014
	Alerts: none
	queued for jscnews
# klick on "Hold Job"
[root at jsc-cups ~]# lpstat -l -o jscnews
jscnews-17746 zdv124 1557504 Fri Apr 25 10:27:45 2014
	Alerts: job-hold-until-specified
	queued for jscnews
# klick on "Release Job"
[root at jsc-cups ~]# lpstat -l -o jscnews
jscnews-17746 zdv124 1557504 Fri Apr 25 10:27:45 2014
	Alerts: none
