[cups] Zebra GK420d rev.2 and CUPS

Hi !

I have bought the above mentioned printer and wanted to use it with
Cups on my Ubuntu 12.04 server. I have set it up according to
recommended papers from Zebra, but what puzzles me when printing a
test page is that only a blank page is printed. Both CUPS as well as
the printer logs the job as "succesful" - but no text. When connecting
the printer to a Windows machine (god forbid ;-) it prints as normal,
and also Config / testpages on the printer looks ok.

Any idea on what might be wrong ?
