[cups] Cannot change PPD with CUPS 1.7.5

Hi all,

I have a puzzling problem where CUPS 1.7.5 doesn't change printer driver
via web interface on Linux. It changes it fine via lpadmin -m though.

To reproduce:
1. Open your CUPS web interface in the browser
2. Click any existing printer,
3. Choose Modify Printer in the menu
4. Choose a PPD different from the current one.

In my situation, CUPS says that it successfully updated the printer, but
PPD and model stays the same.

At the same time, lpadmin -m /path/to/ppd -p printer works fine.

Could someone with working CUPS 1.7.5 confirm or deny this?
