[cups] Trying to resize a PDF during the print process

Hello,

We have a bunch of PDF's that we will be printing from cups using the
lpr command, the page size for these pdf's are set to 9.5x13 and we need
to be able to print them in standard 8.5x11.  I have tried using the -0
options but the file is not shrinking.  Besides going into each PDF,
there is over 9,000 different pdf's, how can this be done?
