Running on both AIX and HPUX, originally done with 1.4.8, but able to reproduce in 1.6.4 as well. What's odd is I have 1 AIX box that *does* work as is with IE. Firefox and Chrome work on all boxes. I found the following

D [16/Jan/2014:19:33:12 +0500] [CGI] admin.cgi started...
D [16/Jan/2014:19:33:12 +0500] cupsdAcceptClient: 10 from localhost (Domain)
D [16/Jan/2014:19:33:12 +0500] [CGI] http=30045748
D [16/Jan/2014:19:33:12 +0500] [CGI] org.cups.sid cookie not found, initializing! <-- This was using IE
D [16/Jan/2014:19:33:12 +0500] [CGI] org.cups.sid cookie is "65d340a036d6b4509035f3a9c5c1068d"
D [16/Jan/2014:19:33:12 +0500] [CGI] org.cups.sid form variable is "b0cf200374d5fff7ed34f0803ca52518"
D [16/Jan/2014:19:33:12 +0500] [CGI] No form data, showing main menu... <-- since no cookie, it just started over

D [16/Jan/2014:19:27:36 +0500] [CGI] Started /opt/freeware/lib/cups/cgi-bin/admin.cgi (PID 4523690)
I [16/Jan/2014:19:27:36 +0500] Started "/opt/freeware/lib/cups/cgi-bin/admin.cgi" (pid=4523690)
D [16/Jan/2014:19:27:36 +0500] cupsdSendCommand: 9 file=12
D [16/Jan/2014:19:27:36 +0500] [CGI] admin.cgi started...
D [16/Jan/2014:19:27:36 +0500] cupsdAcceptClient: 13 from localhost (Domain)
D [16/Jan/2014:19:27:36 +0500] [CGI] http=30045748
D [16/Jan/2014:19:27:36 +0500] [CGI] org.cups.sid cookie is "28990538151053e11d5d159d2a4e9cd4" <-- Cookie already found
D [16/Jan/2014:19:27:36 +0500] [CGI] op="modify-printer"... <--it knew what to do

https://cups.org/pipermail/cups/2012-May/024692.html <-- once I found the org.cups.sid cookie issue a quick google search yielded this, which works.

So I know it has something to do with cookies, but there must be some external factor dictating if they work with IE since I have another box running AIX (same AIX, cups, and openssl version) that does work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
